As a result of the various safety measures by the governments of different countries, there are currently delays in some deliveries. Although the delivery times have decreased noticeably since the spring and summer, and are mostly back to normal at the moment, please bear in mind that the situation may change at any time.

Is it safe to order products online? Can the virus spread through mail?

According to the Dutch National Institute for Health and Environment (RIVM) the chance that the virus is transmitted through postal items, or that you become infected by touching products or surfaces, is very small. It is still recommended that you wash or disinfect your hands with soap and water or hand alcohol after accepting and / or opening mail.
The virus needs a human or animal to 'stay alive' and to be able to spread. Outside the body, the virus can only survive for a short time. How long that is exactly is still unknown. This can vary from a few hours to a few days, and depends on various factors, such as the type of surface, the temperature and the humidity.
I know many small businesses are taking a hit during this time. What can I do to help them?
This is a strange and new time for all of us, and understandably many people are taking a break from online shopping. As a result, many of your favorite artists and small businesses are having a hard time keeping their heads above the water and need your help. You can help them by liking and sharing their posts on social media, leaving a glowing review, ordering their products and spreading the good word about them with your friends and family.
