Shipping & Returns


Shipping times
  • Orders are usually sent out within 5-10 business days.
  • The shipping time depends on the destination. Deliveries to the EU and USA typically arrive within ten working days. Please visit the PostNL website for more information.
  • Different delivery times may apply to sale items, commissioned works, pre-order items, and during the holiday season.
Tracking & Insurance
  • All shipments are insured and trackable.
  • You can track your order here.
  • The national postal service of your country will deliver your order. For example, US orders are handled by USPS.
  • Each order is shipped flat in protective, eco-friendly packaging — all packaging parts are reusable or recyclable.
Good to know
  • The addressee may be required to sign for the delivery.
  • Additional import taxes may be applied to shipments sent outside the European Union and are the buyer's responsibility.
Damaged and lost items
  • If a print arrives damaged, don't worry; I've got you covered. Please save the packaging and the print(s) in case photos are required for the insurance. Email, and I'll help you get a new print or your money back.
  • All orders are equipped with a tracking number. You can track your order here. In the case of a lost parcel, please get in touch with me within four weeks from the dispatch date.



      Returning an item 
      • To return an item, please please contact me within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, and I will provide you with further information.
      • Use the original packaging for the return shipment.
      • The cost of the return shipment is the buyer's responsibility. I will reimburse the original shipping fee, excluding any customs fees.
      • Gift cards, downloadable products, and custom-made items are non-refundable.
          Receiving a refund
          • Once I have received and inspected the returned items, I will issue a refund for the amount paid, excluding any customs fees or the cost of the return shipment.
          • If the item is used or damaged, this will be reflected in the refundable amount. 
              Canceling an order
              • If you'd like to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact me as soon as possible.
