Shipping Fees

Shipping included on orders over €100.

Orders below €100:

Netherlands €5
EU €10
Rest of world €15

Shipping emissions are offset.

Shipping Times

Orders are usually mailed within 5 business days.

Delivery time depends on the destination. Orders to the EU and USA usually arrive within approximately 10 working days after dispatch.

Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays, sales periods, and pre-orders.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Packaging

Orders are mailed flat and packaged securely in plastic-free materials to help ensure they arrive safely.

Packaging materials are reusable or recyclable where possible.

Import Duties & Delivery

For some destinations, a signature may be required upon delivery.

Any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or similar charges that apply to shipments outside the European Union remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your print arrives damaged, please keep both the packaging and print, as photos may be required for insurance purposes.

Get in touch and I'll help arrange a replacement print or refund.

If your package appears lost, please get in touch within four weeks of the dispatch date.
