Description
"For My Love" shows a decorated hand, holding a blooming peony flower. This two-color linocut has a touch of folk and a touch of romance. It is inspired by the Buddhist "Karana Mudra", a hand gesture that symbolizes warding off evil spirits and negative energy.
Printing method
Printed with hand-carved linoleum blocks and a printing press.
Paper
Lightweight, unbleached paper with deckled edges. Plant fibers are visible on the surface of the paper.
The paper is handmade, eco-friendly, and ethically sourced.
Inks
Solvent-free printmaking inks, made from linseed oil and lightfast pigments.
Packaging
All prints are shipped in secure, flat packaging - not rolled up.
The packaging is plastic-free and made from eco-friendly materials - please reuse or recycle!
